IBMC Full Service Program

IBMC’s Full Service Program provides your bank the opportunity to offer a variety of secondary market mortgage products by utilizing the expertise of the IBMC staff. Your bank will benefit from the ability to offer competitive pricing for your customers and also higher fee income.

Under the Full Service Program the bank completes the mortgage loan application and registers the loan with IBMC. Then, in conjunction with the IBMC staff, the processing, underwriting and closing functions are performed. The loan will both close and fund in the name of Iowa Bankers Mortgage Corporation. A bank staff member will conduct the loan closing at your office.

Compensation to the bank is allowed by complying with Section 8 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). This includes performing a minimum of five additional requirements after completing the loan application. The compensation paid to the bank is in the form of collecting an origination fee and/or through the pricing of the loan.

Our experienced servicing staff will provide quality service to your customer after the loan is closed and funded.
